Maximum 12 people on the terrace at the same time from a fire safety point of view.
If damages occur, the person who booked is responsible. First come, first served applies with a few exceptions; you cannot book two weekend evenings (Fri, Sat) in a row, nor more than two holidays per month. Do not book more than three days a week.
If you do not show up within 30 minutes of your booked time, the booking will expire.
If the terrace is not properly cleaned when you use it, please notify the board to ensure that you are not liable for compensation and so that we can identify who has not cleaned up.
We in the association have an agreement with SSSB and that is the only reason why we can use the terrace. Therefore, we are responsible for keeping it tidy. This is mainly about removing all litter, but more generally, it is about leaving the terrace as you want to find it. Also, make sure to put back everything you have taken from the storage room.
The person who does not clean up properly after using the terrace will be charged for the cleaning cost.

Do not book more than four hours in a row, maximum of three times per week. If you do not show up within 30 minutes of your booked time, the booking will expire.
We in the association have an agreement with SSSB to use the sauna. Therefore, we are responsible for cleaning it. Cleaning equipment is available in the cupboard in the toilet. What you need to do is:
Open the small wooden valve between the sauna and the relaxation room.
Rinse the wooden benches in the sauna with water, but not the benches in the changing room.
Scrape away all water from all floors.
Bring your own trash - empty the bin.
Toilet paper is your own responsibility. If there is none, you must fill it out yourself.
The person who does not clean up properly after using the sauna will be charged for all cleaning costs.
Note that if you are saunaing alone, no one can open the door if something happens. Therefore, it is advisable not to lock the door but simply hang up the sign "occupied".

The key is returned to a board member within 24 hours after booking, unless otherwise agreed. The board reserves the right not to hand out the keys if this is not respected.
Keep in mind that you may disturb those who live high up in the building but also residents in surrounding buildings. If a disturbance guard is called, the person who booked the terrace is liable for compensation.
Cancellation is made through the email you received.
The laundry room is located on the basement level.

Drying time after washing time: 60 min
You can book the laundry room either via SSSB's digital booking system, by downloading the Aptus Home app from the App Store/Google Play, or manually on a booking board outside the laundry room.
Your username and password = object number.
Activate your laundry pass with your Aptus tag when you start your laundry time. You cannot activate the laundry pass or start washing before the booked time.
If the laundry pass is not activated within 15 minutes, the booking will be canceled and the time will be available for booking for everyone again.
Cancel the time you will not use.
Storage rooms are available to all apartments and are located on the basement level. Contact your landlord if you have any questions.
Sorting (including household waste) is available on the entrance level.
The bike room is located on the entrance level.
There is no reserved parking. Contact the Street and Property Office for residential parking.
Association premises such as sauna and rooftop terrace are located in the property. The Vätan Neighborhood Association is responsible for these.
